Just as Elisha hit the water, the water separated to the right and to the left! And Elisha crossed the river.


Elijah took off his coat, folded it, and hit the water with it. The water separated to the right and to the left. Then Elijah and Elisha crossed the river on dry ground.


God split the rock,\par and water came bubbling out.\par A river began flowing in the desert!\par


The Red Sea saw this and ran away.\par The Jordan River turned and ran.\par


God split the rock in the desert.\par He gave those people water from\par deep in the ground.\par


God’s people that are left will have a way to leave Assyria. It will be like the time God took the people out of Egypt.


The Lord tells the deep waters,\par “Become dry!\par I will make your streams dry too!”\par


The Lord led his people through the desert,\par and they never became thirsty!\par Why? Because he made water\par flow from a rock for his people!\par He split the rock,\par and water flowed out!”\par


Even then you showed your rainbow.\par It was proof of your Agreement\par with the families of the earth.\par SELAH {\cf2\super [17]} \par And the dry land split the rivers.\par


Moses lifted his arm and hit the rock twice. Water began flowing from the rock. And the people and their animals drank that water.


We are afraid because we have heard about the ways that the Lord helped you. We heard that he dried the water at the Red Sea when you came out of Egypt. We also heard what you did to the two Amorite kings, Sihon and Og. We heard how you destroyed those kings living east of the Jordan River.


The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates. The water in the river was dried up. This prepared the way for the rulers from the east to come.
