A person who tells lies will be destroyed. Any person who listens to those lies will be destroyed with him.


The Scriptures {\cf2\super [18]} say, “I believed, so I spoke.” {\cf2\super [19]} Our faith is like that too. We believe, and so we speak.


Faith means being sure of the things we hope for. And faith means knowing that something is real even if we don’t see it.


We told you about the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. We told you about his coming. Those things we told you were not just smart stories that people invented. No! We saw the greatness of Jesus with our own eyes.


No! No prophecy ever came from what a man wanted to say. But people were led by the Holy Spirit {\cf2\super [5]} and spoke things from God.
