The woman answered, “Now I know that you really are a man from God. I know that the Lord truly speaks through you!”


Praise his glorious name forever!\par Let his glory fill the whole world!\par Amen and Amen! {\cf2\super [414]} \par


Tell people that God is truly wonderful.\par Tell people everywhere about the amazing things God does.\par


The people of Israel saw the great power of the Lord when he defeated the Egyptians. So the people feared and respected the Lord. They began to trust the Lord and his servant Moses.


If they still refuse to believe after you show them both of these things, then take some water from the Nile River. Pour the water on the ground, and as soon as it touches the ground, it will become blood.”


So go and eat your food now and enjoy it. Drink your wine and be happy. It is all right with God if you do these things.


Then, the Glory of the Lord {\cf2\super [373]} \par will be revealed (shown).\par And together, all people\par will see the Lord’s Glory.\par Yes, the Lord himself said these things!”\par


If you don’t respect my name, then bad things will happen to you. You will say blessings, {\cf2\super [9]} but they will become curses. {\cf2\super [10]} I will make bad things happen because you don’t show respect for my name!” The Lord All-Powerful said these things.


The Word {\cf2\super [5]} became a man and lived among us. We saw his glory—the glory that belongs to the only Son of the Father. The Word was full of grace (kindness) and truth.


The law was given through Moses. But grace and \{the way of\} truth came through Jesus Christ.


The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. Jesus found Philip and said to him, “Follow me.”


Jesus said to Nathanael, “I told you that I saw you under the fig tree. That is why you believe in me. But you will see much greater things than that!”


and many people came to him. The people said, “John never did a miracle. {\cf2\super [174]} But everything John said about this man (Jesus) is true.”


And I am glad that I was not there. I am happy for you, because now you will believe \{in me\}. We will go to him now.”


Then the leading priests and Pharisees called a meeting of the Jewish council. They said, “What should we do? This man (Jesus) is doing many miracles. {\cf2\super [181]}


Many people went out to meet Jesus, because they heard that Jesus did this miracle. {\cf2\super [197]}


Jesus did all these many miracles. {\cf2\super [203]} The people saw these things, but they still did not believe in him.


Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus’ glory. So Isaiah spoke about him.


And if you ask for anything in my name, I will do it for you. Then the Father’s glory will be shown through the Son.


And you will tell people about me too, because you have been with me from the beginning.


We can see now that you know all things. You can answer a person’s question even before he asks it. This makes us believe that you came from God.”


Two days later there was a wedding in the town of Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there.


Jesus was in Jerusalem for the Passover {\cf2\super [43]} festival. Many people believed in Jesus because they saw the miracles {\cf2\super [44]} he did.


One night Nicodemus came to Jesus. Nicodemus said, “Teacher, we know that you are a teacher sent from God. No person can do these miracles {\cf2\super [46]} that you do without God’s help.”


So Jesus left Judea and went back to Galilee.


Jesus went to visit Cana in Galilee again. Cana is where Jesus had changed the water into wine. One of the king’s important officials lived in the city of Capernaum. This man’s son was sick.


That was the second miracle {\cf2\super [72]} that Jesus did after coming from Judea to Galilee.


God did this so that all people will respect the Son the same as they respect the Father. If a person does not respect the Son, then that person does not respect the Father. The Father is the One who sent the Son.


The people saw this miracle {\cf2\super [84]} that Jesus did. The people said, “He must truly be the Prophet {\cf2\super [85]} that is coming into the world.”


Many people followed Jesus. They followed him because they saw the ways Jesus showed his power by healing the sick people.


Jesus answered, “Why are you looking for me? Are you looking for me because you saw me do miracles {\cf2\super [86]} that prove my power? No! I tell you the truth. You are looking for me because you ate the bread and you were satisfied (full).


So the people asked, “What miracle {\cf2\super [88]} will you do to prove \{that you are the One God sent\}? If we can see you do a miracle, then we will believe you. What will you do?


But many of the people believed in Jesus. The people said, “We are waiting for the Christ {\cf2\super [111]} to come. When the Christ comes, will he do more miracles {\cf2\super [112]} than this man (Jesus) has done? No! \{So this man must be the Christ.\}”


Some of the Pharisees {\cf2\super [154]} said, “This man (Jesus) does not obey the law about the Sabbath day. {\cf2\super [155]} So he is not from God.”


And our faces are not covered. We all show the Lord’s glory. We are being changed to be like him. This change in us brings more and more glory. This glory comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.


God once said, “The light will shine out of the darkness!” And this is the same God who made his light shine in our hearts. He gave us light by letting us know the glory of God that is in the face of Christ.


They said, ‘The Lord our God has shown us his Glory and his greatness! We heard him speak from the fire! We have seen today that it is possible for a person to continue living even after God speaks to him.


The children of your sister {\cf2\super [5]} who was chosen by God send you their love.
