The Israelites destroyed the cities. They threw their stones [21] at every good field in Moab. They stopped up all the springs of water. And they cut down all the good trees. The Israelites fought all the way to Kir Hareseth. The soldiers surrounded Kir Hareseth and attacked it, too!


My heart cries with sorrow for Moab.\par People are running for safety.\par They run far away to Zoar.\par They run to Eglath Shelishiyah.\par The people are crying as they go up\par the mountain road to Luhith.\par The people are crying very loudly\par as they walk on the road to Horonaim.\par


“I am very sad for Moab. My hearts cries like the sad sound of a flute playing a funeral song. I am sad for the people from Kir Hareseth. Their money and riches have all been taken away.
