Lord, those people will be like a dream\par that we forget when we wake up.\par You will make those people disappear\par like the monsters in our dreams.\par


That night, the people will be frightened.\par Before morning, nothing will be left.\par So our enemies will get nothing.\par They will come to our land,\par but nothing will be there.\par


\{That night,\} the angel of the Lord went out and killed 185,000 people in the Assyrian camp. When the people got up in the morning, they saw the dead bodies all around them.


Compared to God,\par all the nations of the world are nothing.\par Compared to God,\par all the nations are worth nothing at all.\par


Judah, look!\par Look there, coming over the mountains.\par Here comes a messenger\par bringing good news!\par He says there is peace!\par Judah, celebrate your special holidays.\par Judah, do the things you promised.\par Those worthless people\par will not come through\par and attack you again!\par Why?
