“So the priest must do the things that will make the people pure. [195] He must do this for all of the people of Israel. The people did not know they were sinning. He is not like those other priests. Those other priests had to offer (give) sacrifices {\cf2\super [75]} every day. They had to offer sacrifices first for their own sins and then for the sins of the people. But Christ doesn’t need to do that. Christ offered only one sacrifice for all time. Christ offered himself.
