God made this Agreement with Joseph {\cf2\super [467]} \par when God took him out of Egypt.\par In Egypt we heard that language\par we didn’t understand.\par


The Lord will use this strange way of talking and he will use other languages to speak to these people.


Then \{God\} said to me, “Son of man, {\cf2\super [21]} go to the family of Israel. Speak my words to them.


I am not sending you to many different countries where people speak languages you can’t understand. If you went to those people and spoke to them, they would listen to you. But you won’t have to learn those hard languages.


Then the Spirit {\cf2\super [397]} picked me up and brought me into the inner courtyard. The Glory of the Lord filled the temple.


”Nineveh {\cf2\super [2]} is a big city. I have heard about the many evil things people are doing there. So go to that city and tell the people to stop doing those bad things.”


When the people saw what Paul did, they shouted in their own Lycaonian language. They said, “The gods have become like men! They have come down to us!”
