¹ The message of Amos. Amos was one of the shepherds from the city Tekoa. Amos saw visions {\cf2\super [1]} about Israel during the time that Uzziah was king of Judah and during the time that Jeroboam son of Joash was king of Israel. This was two years before the earthquake.
