The teachings of a wise person give life. Those words will help you in times of trouble.

A smart person learns from the things he does wrong. But a fool learns nothing, even after a hundred lessons.

If a wise person gives you a warning, it is worth more than gold rings or jewelry made from the finest gold.

The Lord has kept you from killing innocent people. Surely as the Lord lives and surely as you live, I hope your enemies and all the people who want to harm you become like Nabal.

And you won’t be guilty of killing innocent people. You won’t fall into that trap. Please remember me when the Lord brings you success.”
