Behold, I have given him for a witness to the people, for a leader and a master to the Gentiles.


Thus saith the Lord God: I myself will take of the marrow of the high cedar and will set it: I will crop off a tender twig from the top of the branches thereof and I will plant it on a mountain high and eminent.


Thus saith the Lord of hosts: I am returned to Sion, and I will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called The city of truth, and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, The sanctified mountain.


And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in heaven and in earth.


And he hath subjected all things under his feet, and hath made him head over all the church,


But you are come to mount Sion, and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the company of many thousands of angels,


And I beheld, and lo a lamb stood upon mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty-four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.
