He shall call heaven from above, and the earth, to judge his people.


They have given the dead bodies of thy servants to be meat for the fowls of the air: the flesh of thy saints for the beasts of the earth.


The things that were first, behold, they are come: and new things do I declare: Before they spring forth, I will make you hear them.


For the Lord God doth nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.


And the prophecy of Isaias is fulfilled in them, who saith: By hearing you shall hear, and shall not understand: and seeing you shall see, and shall not perceive.


And he spoke to them many things in parables, saying: Behold the sower went forth to sow.


Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand: Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.


And opening his mouth, he taught them, saying:


But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgement, than for you.


Father, I will that where I am, they also whom thou hast given me may be with me; that they may see my glory which thou hast given me, because thou hast loved me before the creation of the world.


To the Lord was his own work known from the beginning of the world.


But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, a wisdom which is hidden, which God ordained before the world, unto our glory:


Which in other generations was not known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit:


And to enlighten all men, that they may see what is the dispensation of the mystery which hath been hidden from eternity in God, who created all things:


God, who, at sundry times and in divers manners, spoke in times past to the fathers by the prophets, last of all,


And all the dwell upon the earth adored him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb, which was slain from the beginning of the world.


The beast, which thou sawest, was, and is not, and shall come up out of the bottomless pit, and go into destruction: and the inhabitants on the earth (whose names are not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world) shall wonder, seeing the beast that was, and is not.
