Then was offered to him one possessed with a devil, blind and dumb: and he healed him, so that he spoke and saw.


And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.


And when they were gone out, behold they brought him a dumb man, possessed with a devil.


And they brought to him young children, that he might touch them. And the disciples rebuked them that brought them.


And he besought him much, saying: My daughter is at the point of death, come, lay thy hand upon her, that she may be safe, and may live.


For the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophenician born. And she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.


And one of the multitude, answering, said: Master, I have brought my son to thee, having a dumb spirit.


Who answering them, said: O incredulous generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.


And crying out, and greatly tearing him, he went out of him, and he became as dead, so that many said: He is dead.


And he was casting out a devil, and the same was dumb: and when he had cast out the devil, the dumb spoke: and the multitudes were in admiration at it:


And behold a man among the crowd cried out, saying: Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son, because he is my only one.


He having heard that Jesus was come from Judea into Galilee, went to him, and prayed him to come down, and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.
