And David assembled all the chief men of Israel, the princes of the tribes, and the captains of the companies, who waited on the king: and the captains over thousands, and over hundreds: and them who had the charge over the substance and possessions of the king: and his sons with the officers of the court, and the men of power: and all the bravest of the army at Jerusalem.


He that is loose and slack in his work, is the brother of him that wasteth his own works.

For a bishop must be without crime, as the steward of God: not proud, not subject to anger, not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre:


You ask, and receive not; because you ask amiss: that you may consume it on your concupiscences.


As every man hath received grace, ministering the same one to another: as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
