And the king said to Semei: Thou knowest all the evil, of which thy heart is conscious, which thou didst to David my father. The Lord hath returned thy wickedness upon thy own head.


For there is no just man upon earth, that doth good, and sinneth not.


For thy conscience knoweth that thou also hast often spoken evil of others.


For from the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false testimonies, blasphemies.


By it we bless God and the Father: and by it we curse men, who are made after the likeness of God.
