And taking Simeon, and binding him in their presence, he commanded his servants to fill their sacks with wheat, and to put every man's money again in their sacks, and to give them besides provisions for the way. And they did so.


He that rendereth evil for good, evil shall not depart from his house.


Say not: I will return evil: wait for the Lord and he will deliver thee.


He that deceiveth the just in a wicked way, shall fall in his own destruction: and the upright shall possess his goods.


And every one that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall possess life everlasting.


Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand: Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.


But I say to you not to resist evil: but if one strike thee on thy right cheek, turn to him also the other:


But I say to you, Love your enemies: do good to them that hate you: and pray for them that persecute and calumniate you:


And when he was gone forth into the way, a certain man running up and kneeling before him, asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may receive life everlasting?


And behold a certain lawyer stood up, tempting him, and saying, Master, what must I do to possess eternal life?


And a certain ruler asked him, saying: Good master, what shall I do to possess everlasting life?


Bless them that persecute you: bless, and curse not.


To no man rendering evil for evil. Providing good things, not only in the sight of God, but also in the sight of all men.


And we know that to them that love God, all things work together unto good, to such as, according to his purpose, are called to be saints.


And whom he predestinated, them he also called. And whom he called, them he also justified. And whom he justified, them he also glorified.


That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus: that we may receive the promise of the Spirit by faith.

For know ye that afterwards, when he desired to inherit the benediction, he was rejected; for he found no place of repentance, although with tears he had sought it.


Saying: Unless blessing I shall bless thee, and multiplying I shall multiply thee.


But the God of all grace, who hath called us into his eternal glory in Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a little, will himself perfect you, and confirm you, and establish you.


The Lord be merciful unto me, that I extend not my hand upon the Lord's anointed. But now take the spear, which is at his head, and the cup of water, and let us go.
