Isaac sowed seed in that land, and in that year he reaped  a hundred times what was sown. The Lord blessed him,


But the one sown on the good ground #– #this is one who hears and understands the word, who does produce fruit and yields: some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty times what was sown.’


Other seed fell among thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it.


And those like seed sown on good ground hear the word,   welcome it, and produce fruit   thirty, sixty, and a hundred times what was sown.’


Still other seed fell on good ground and it grew up, producing fruit that increased   thirty, sixty, and a hundred times.’


But the seed in the good ground #– #these are the ones who, having heard the word with an honest and good heart, hold on to it and by enduring,   produce fruit.

My Father is glorified   by this: that you produce much fruit and prove to be   my disciples.


For I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my flesh.  For the desire to do what is good is with me, but there is no ability to do it.


filled with the fruit  of righteousness  that comes through Jesus Christ to the glory  and praise of God.
