The past events have indeed happened. Now I declare new events; I announce them to you before they occur.’


Indeed, the Lord God does nothing without revealing his counsel to his servants the prophets.


Isaiah’s prophecy is fulfilled in them, which says: You will listen and listen, but never understand; you will look and look, but never perceive.


Then he told them many things in parables,  saying, ‘Consider the sower who went out to sow.


Then the King will say to those on his right, “Come, you who are blessed by my Father; inherit the kingdom   prepared for you from the foundation of the world.


Then  he began to teach them, saying:


But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgement   than for you.


‘Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am,   so that they will see my glory, which you have given me because you loved me before the world’s foundation.


On the contrary, we speak God’s hidden wisdom in a mystery, a wisdom God predestined  before the ages for our glory.


This was not made known to people  in other generations as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets  by the Spirit:


and to shed light for all about the administration of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created  all things.


Long ago God spoke  to our ancestors by the prophets  at different times and in different ways.


All those who live on the earth will worship it, everyone whose name was not written from the foundation of the world in the book  of life  of the Lamb who was slaughtered.  ,


The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to come up from the abyss  and go to destruction.  Those who live on the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world  will be astonished when they see the beast that was, and is not, and is to come.
