‘When an unclean spirit comes out of a person, it roams through waterless places looking for rest but doesn’t find any.


They were astonished  at his teaching  because he was teaching them as one who had authority, and not like the scribes.


‘What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth?  Have you come to destroy  us? I know who you are #– #the Holy  One of God! ’


As  soon as they left the synagogue,  they went into Simon  and Andrew’s  house  with James  and John.


and he healed  many who were ill with various diseases  and drove out  many demons.  And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.


He went into all of Galilee,  preaching in their synagogues  and driving out demons.


As soon as he got out of the boat, a man with an unclean  spirit  came out of the tombs  and met him.


Instead, immediately after hearing about him, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit  came and fell at his feet.


When Jesus saw that a crowd was quickly gathering, he rebuked  the unclean  spirit, saying to it, ‘You mute and deaf   spirit, I command you: Come out of him and never enter him again.’
