Tie the sashes on Aaron and his sons and fasten headbands on them. The priesthood is to be theirs by a permanent statute. This is the way you will ordain Aaron and  his sons.


and make atonement for the most holy place. He will make atonement for the tent of meeting and the altar and will make atonement for the priests and all the people of the assembly.


He is to wear a holy linen tunic, and linen undergarments are to be on his body. He is to tie a linen sash round him and wrap his head with a linen turban.  These are holy garments; he must bathe his body with water before he wears them.


The anointed priest will bring some of the bull’s blood into the tent of meeting.


‘If the anointed priest  sins, bringing guilt  on the people, he is to present to the Lord a young, unblemished  bull as a sin  offering  for the sin he has committed.


The anointed priest will then take some of the bull’s blood and bring it into the tent of meeting.
