I wait for your salvation, Lord.

‘As for you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father, and serve him wholeheartedly and with a willing mind,  for the Lord searches every heart and understands the intention of every thought.  If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you abandon him, he will reject you for ever.

On that day it will be said, ‘Look, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he has saved us. This is the Lord; we have waited for him. Let’s rejoice and be glad in his salvation.’

I long for you in the night; yes, my spirit within me diligently seeks you, for when your judgements are in the land, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Therefore the Lord is waiting to show you mercy, and is rising up to show you compassion, for the Lord is a just God. All who wait patiently for him are happy.

but those who trust in the  Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint.

Seek the Lord while he may be found; call to him while he is near.

From ancient times no one has heard, no one has listened to, no eye has seen any God except you who acts on behalf of the one who waits for him.
