And I, my brothers, my servants, and the men of the guard with me never took off our clothes. Each carried his weapon, even when washing.

None of them grows weary or stumbles; no one slumbers or sleeps. No belt is loose and no sandal strap broken.


They attack as warriors attack; they scale walls as men of war do. Each goes on his own path, and they do not change their course.


They storm the city; they run on the wall; they climb into the houses; they enter through the windows like thieves.
