Receive instruction from his mouth, and place his sayings  in your heart.


Listen to counsel and receive instruction so that you may be wise later in life.  ,


Accept my instruction instead of silver, and knowledge rather than pure gold.


Speak my words to them whether they listen or refuse to listen,  for they are rebellious.


‘And you, son of man, listen to what I tell you: Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth and eat what I am giving you.’


Go to your people, the exiles, and speak to them. Tell them, “This is what the Lord God says,” whether they listen or refuse to listen.’


I have made your forehead like a diamond, harder than flint. Don’t be afraid of them or discouraged by the look on their faces, though they are a rebellious house.’


But the seed in the good ground #– #these are the ones who, having heard the word with an honest and good heart, hold on to it and by enduring,   produce fruit.


This is why we constantly thank God, because when you received the word of God that you heard from us, you welcomed it not as a human message, but as it truly is,  the word of God,  which also works effectively in you who believe.


Additionally then, brothers and sisters, we ask and encourage you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have received instruction from us on how you should live and please God #– #as you are doing   #– #do this even more.
