Bring the Levites before the tent of meeting and assemble the entire Israelite community.


When Jesus was baptised, he went up immediately from the water. The heavens  suddenly opened for him,  and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming down onto him.


The angel replied to her, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you,  and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore, the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.


For the one whom God sent speaks God’s words, since he  gives the Spirit  without measure.


For what the law could not do  since it was weakened by the flesh,  God did. He condemned sin in the flesh by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh  as a sin offering,  ,


When the time came to completion, God sent his Son,  born of a woman,  born under the law,
