Your rowers have brought you onto the high seas, but the east wind has wrecked you in the heart of the sea.


Suddenly, a violent storm arose on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves #– #but Jesus kept sleeping.


A great windstorm  arose, and the waves  were breaking over the boat, so that the boat was already being swamped.


Since the ship was caught and unable to head into the wind, we gave way to it and were driven along.
