so he will sprinkle many nations.  , Kings will shut their mouths because of him, for they will see what had not been told them, and they will understand what they had not heard.


You will even be brought before governors and kings because of me, to bear witness to them and to the Gentiles.


But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you   and persecute   you. They will hand you over to the synagogues   and prisons,   and you will be brought before kings and governors   because of my name.


Several days later, King Agrippa and Bernice arrived in Caesarea and paid a courtesy call on Festus.


But the Lord said to him, ‘Go, for this man is my chosen instrument   to take my name to Gentiles,   kings, and Israelites.
