One day, when Jacob was cooking some stew, Esau came home hungry


he told them that the Lord had said, “Tomorrow is the Sabbath, a sacred day of rest in honor of me. So gather all you want to bake or boil, and make sure you save enough for tomorrow.”


The Israelites called the bread manna. It was white like coriander seed and delicious as wafers made with honey.


The manna was like small whitish seeds


Don't work for food that spoils. Work for food that gives eternal life. The Son of Man will give you this food, because God the Father has given him the right to do so.”
