They cried out to you, and they were saved. In you, they hoped and were not confounded.


You have accomplished your many wonders, O Lord my God, and there is no one similar to you in your thoughts. I have announced and I have spoken: they are multiplied beyond number.


Why are you sad, my soul? And why do you disquiet me? Hope in God, for I will still give praise to him: the salvation of my countenance and my God.


You are a brilliant form before the sons of men. Grace has been poured freely into your lips. Because of this, God has blessed you in eternity.

He turned the burdens away from his back. His hands had been a slave to baskets.


We have been rejoicing, because of the days in which you humbled us, because of the years in which we saw evils.


Why do you spend money for what is not bread, and expend your labor for what does not satisfy? Listen very closely to me, and eat what is good, and then your soul will be delighted by a full measure.


And he will sit refining and cleansing the silver, and he will purge the sons of Levi, and he will gather them like gold and like silver, and they will offer sacrifices to the Lord in justice.


May the Lord turn his countenance toward you and grant peace to you.'
