therefore Jehovah God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.


And Israel said unto Joseph, Are not thy brethren feeding the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.


And the man knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man with the help of Jehovah.


And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto Jehovah.


And Pharaoh said unto his brethren, What is your occupation? And they said unto Pharaoh, Thy servants are shepherds, both we, and our fathers.


And Noah began to be a husbandman, and planted a vineyard:


Lo, children are a heritage of Jehovah; And the fruit of the womb is his reward.

and Jehovah took me from following the flock, and Jehovah said unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.

from the blood of Abel unto the blood of Zachariah, who perished between the altar and the sanctuary: yea, I say unto you, it shall be required of this generation.


Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father it is your will to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and standeth not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof.


In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.


not as Cain was of the evil one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.


Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
