Psalm 47 - Y'all Version Bible

For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by the sons of Korah.

¹ Y’all clap your* hands, all nations. Y’all shout to God with the voice of triumph!

² For YHWH Most High is awesome, the great King over all the earth.

³ Hᴇ subdues nations under us, and peoples under our feet.

⁴ Hᴇ chooses our inheritance for us, the glory of Jacob whom ʜᴇ loved. Selah.

⁵ God has ascended with a shout, YHWH with the sound of a trumpet.

⁶ Y’all sing praises to God! Y’all sing praises! Y’all sing praises to our King! Y’all sing praises!

⁷ For God is the King of all the earth. Y’all sing praises of knowing.

⁸ God reigns over the nations. God sits on ʜɪꜱ holy throne.

⁹ The princes of the peoples are gathered together, the people of the God of Abraham. For the shields of the earth belong to God. ʜᴇ is greatly exalted!
