¹ Sing a new song about the new things\par that the Lord has done!\par Let the whole world sing to the Lord.\par

² Sing to the Lord!\par Bless his name!\par Tell the good news!\par Tell about him saving us every day!\par

³ Tell people that God is truly wonderful.\par Tell people everywhere about the amazing things God does.\par

⁴ The Lord is great and worthy of praise.\par He is more awesome than any\par of the “gods.”\par

⁵ All of the “gods” in other nations\par are only statues.\par But the Lord made the heavens.\par

⁶ There is a beautiful glory\par shining in front of him.\par There is strength and beauty\par in God’s holy temple.\par

⁷ Families and nations, sing songs of praise and glory to the Lord.\par

⁸ Praise the Lord’s name.\par Get your offerings,\par and go to the temple.\par

⁹ Worship the Lord in his beautiful temple.\par Worship the Lord, every person on earth.\par

¹⁰ Announce to the nations\par that the Lord is King!\par So the world will not be destroyed.\par The Lord will rule the people fairly.\par

¹¹ Be happy, heavens!\par Rejoice, earth!\par Sea and everything in it, shout with joy!\par

¹² Fields and everything growing on them,\par be happy!\par Trees in the forest, sing and be happy!\par

¹³ Be happy because the Lord is coming.\par The Lord is coming to rule {\cf2\super [529]} the world.\par He will rule the world with justice\par and fairness.\par
