Moreover he commanded the people who lived in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might give themselves to YHWH’s law.
As soon as the commandment went out, the children of Israel gave in abundance the first fruits of grain, new wine, oil, honey, and of all the increase of the field; and they brought in the tithe of all things abundantly.
They are to be on Aaron and on his sons, when they go in to the Tent of Meeting, or when they come near to the altar to minister in the holy place, that they don’t bear iniquity, and die. This is to be a permanent statute to him and to his offspring after him.

The priests and the Levites—the whole tribe of Levi—will have no portion nor inheritance with Israel. They will eat the offerings of YHWH made by fire and his portion.
You are to say before YHWH your God, “I have removed the holy things from my house, and have given them to the Levite, the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow, according to all your commandment you gave me. I have not transgressed any of your commandments, nor have I forgotten them.
You have loved righteousness and hated iniquity; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.”
As for y’all, the anointing which y’all received from ʜɪᴍ remains in y’all, and y’all don’t need for anyone to teach y’all. But as ʜɪꜱ anointing teaches y’all concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and just as it has taught y’all, y’all remain in ʜɪᴍ.
