House of Aaron, y’all are to trust in YHWH! He is their help and their shield.


“Bring Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, near to you from among the children of Israel, that he may minister to me in the priest’s office: Aaron, with Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar, Aaron’s sons.


You are to clothe them with belts, Aaron and his sons, and bind headbands on them. They are to have the priesthood by a perpetual statute. You are to consecrate Aaron and his sons.


“‘“But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who performed the duty of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, are to come near to me to minister before me. They are to stand before me to offer me the fat and the blood,” says Lord YHWH.


“They are to enter into my sanctuary and come near to my table, to minister to me. They will keep my instruction.


Y’all have not kept my holy things, but have put others to keep my sanctuary for y’all.”


and YHWH said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother not to come at just any time into the Most Holy Place within the veil, before the mercy seat which is on the ark; lest he die; for I will appear in the cloud on the mercy seat.


This is the consecrated portion of Aaron, and the consecrated portion of his sons, out of the offerings of YHWH made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister to YHWH in the priest’s office;


When the tabernacle is to move, the Levites must take it down. When the tabernacle is to be set up, the Levites must set it up. The stranger who comes near must be put to death.


to be a memorial to the children of Israel, to the end that no stranger who isn’t of the offspring of Aaron, would come near to burn incense before YHWH, that he not be as Korah and as his company; as YHWH spoke to him by Moses.


YHWH said to Aaron, “You will have no inheritance in their land, nor will you have any portion among them. I am your portion and your inheritance among the children of Israel.


They are to keep your commands and the duty of the whole Tent, but they must not come near to the vessels of the sanctuary and to the altar. Otherwise both they and y’all will die.


You are to appoint Aaron and his sons to keep their priesthood, but the stranger who comes near must be put to death.”


Moses, Aaron, and his sons, who keep the requirements of the sanctuary for the duty of the children of Israel, camped before the tabernacle eastward, in front of the Tent of Meeting toward the sunrise. Any outsider who approaches was to be put to death.


Y’all heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, and cast out demons. Freely y’all have received, so freely y’all should give.


John answered, “No human can receive anything unless it has been given to them from heaven.


This grace was given to me, the very least of all saints, to announce the unsearchable riches of Christ to the ethnic groups,


They will have no inheritance among their brothers. YHWH is their inheritance, as he has spoken to them.


No one takes this honor upon themselves, but they receive it only when called to it by God, just as Aaron was.


However, the Levites do not have a portion among y’all, for the priesthood of YHWH is their inheritance. Gad, Reuben, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance east of the Jordan, which Moses the servant of YHWH gave them.”


Y’all are to shepherd the flock of God around y’all, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly according to God’s direction; not for dishonest gain, but eagerly;


not lording it over those entrusted to y’all, but being examples to the flock.


Didn’t I choose him out of all the tribes of Israel to be my priest, to go up to my altar, to burn incense, to wear an ephod before me? Didn’t I give to the house of your father all the offerings of the children of Israel made by fire?
