“Once again, the Empire of Heaven is like a net that was cast into the sea and gathered some fish of every kind.
But Jesus immediately said to them,, “Y’all take courage! It is I! Don’t be afraid, y’all.”
Then the mother of the sons of Zebedee came to him with her sons, kneeling down and asking him for a favor.
He said to them, “Y’all come follow me, and I will make y’all fishers for humans.”
Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and his brother John. They were in the boat with their father Zebedee, preparing their nets. Jesus called them,
Jesus said to them, “Y’all come follow me, and I will make y’all into fishers of humans.”
So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. They came and filled both boats so much that they began to sink.
For he and all his companions were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken,
Simon (whom he also named Peter), Andrew, his brother James, John, Philip, Bartholomew,
Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two of his other disciples were together.
They were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them speech.
As for Titus, he is my partner and coworker for y’all, and as for our siblings, they are the apostles of the church to the glory of Christ.
and they may sober up from the devil’s trap, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
