“‘To whom are you thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? Yet you will be brought down with the trees of Eden to the lower parts of the earth. You will lie in the middle of the uncircumcised, with those who are slain by the sword. “‘This is Pharaoh and all his multitude,’ says Lord YHWH.”


He cried aloud and said this: ‘Y’all must cut down the tree, and cut off its branches! Y’all must shake off its leaves and scatter its fruit! Let the animals get away from under it and the birds from its branches.


“Whereas the king saw a holy watcher coming down from the sky and saying, ‘Y’all must cut down the tree and destroy it. Let his portion be with the animals of the field, until seven times pass over him.’
