“Which of y’all fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead of a fish?


“I tell y’all: Ask, and it will be given to y’all. Seek, and y’all will find. Knock, and it will be opened to y’all.


Then Jesus told them a parable about the need to always pray and not give up.


Y’all ask and don’t receive, because y’all ask with wrong motives, that y’all may spend it on y’all’s pleasures.


We call them blessed who endured. Y’all have heard of the perseverance of Job, and y’all have seen what the Lord brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy.
