Each person should give according to what they have determined in their heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, because God loves a cheerful giver.
The overseer therefore must be without reproach, a one-woman man, temperate, sensible, modest, hospitable, able to teach,

But I did not want to do anything without your consent, so that your goodness would not come from your compulsion, but from your willingness.
But y’all must not forget to do good and share in fellowship, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Y’all must not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have received angels as guests without knowing it.
