¶ When Ihon being in prison heard the works of christ, he sent two of his disciples and said unto him.


For Herod took Ihon and bound him, and put him in prison for Herodias' sake, his brother Philip's wife.


¶ After that Ihon was taken, Iesus came into Galile, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,


¶ For Herode himself, had sent forth, and had taken Ihon, and bound him and cast him into prison for Herodias' sake which was his brother Philip's wife. For he had married her.


And they were the more fierce, saying: He moveth the people teaching thorowout jewry, and began at Galile, even to this place.


added this above all, and laid Ihon prison.


¶ And Iesus returned by the power of the spirit into Galile, and the fame of him went throweout all the region round about.


and came into Capernaum a city of Galile, and there taught them on the saboth days.


¶ The day following Iesus would go into Galile, and found Philip, and said unto him, follow me.


¶ This beginning of miracles did Iesus in Cana of Galile, and shewed his glory, and his disciples believed on him.


For Ihon was not yet cast into prison.


¶ After two days, he departed thence, and went away into Galile.


This is again the second miracle, that Iesus did, after he was come out of jewry into Galilee.
