and whosoever will be chief, let him be your servant.
and whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant:
And whoever desires to be first among you must be your slave–
and whosoever would be first among you shall be your servant:
Whoever wants to be first among you will be your slave—
And whoever will want to be first among you, he shall be your servant,
And he that will be first among you, shall be your servant.
Whosoever therefore shall submit him self as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
It shall not be so among you: But whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister,
Even as the son of man came, not to be ministered unto, but to minister: and to give his life for the redemption of many.
But ye shall not be so. But he that is greatest among you, shall be as the youngest: And he that is chief, shall be as the minister.
For I am debtor both to the greeks, and to them which are no greeks, unto the learned and also unto the unlearned.
¶ I suppose that I was not behind the chief apostles.
¶ I will very gladly bestow, and will be bestowed for your souls: though the more I love you, the less I am loved again.
for we preach not ourselves, but Christ Iesus the Lord, and preach ourselves your servants for Iesus' sake.
