and they clothed him with purple, and they plaited a crown of thorns and crowned him withall,
¶ And when they had mocked him, they took the purple off him, and put his own clothes on him, and led him out, to crucify him.
And not long after, the younger son gathered all that he had together, and took his journey into a far country, and there he wasted his goods with riotous living.
