Look at my right hand and see, for no one cares about me. I have no refuge— no one cares for my soul.


Adonai, how many are my foes! Many are rising up against me!


Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness! You set me free when I am in distress. Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.


Let all those who seek You rejoice and be glad in You. Let those who love Your salvation continually say: “Adonai be magnified!”


I will say to God my Rock: “Why have You forgotten me? Why do I go about mourning, under the oppression of the enemy?”
