These are Ishmael’s sons and these are their names, by their unwalled and walled settlements, twelve princes according to their clans.


I will cut off Ashdod’s inhabitant, wielding Ashkelon’s scepter. I will turn My hand against Ekron and the rest of the Philistines will perish. My Lord Adonai has said it.


For Gaza will be abandoned and Ashkelon will be a wasteland. Ashdod will be driven out at noon and Ekron will be uprooted.
