They marched out at noon, while Ben-Hadad was drinking himself drunk in the booths—he and the 32 kings allied with him.

Then I will put My throne in Elam and destroy from it king and princes.” It is a declaration of Adonai.
A third of you will die with the plague and will be consumed with famine in your midst. A third will fall by the sword all around you. A third I will scatter to all the winds, and draw out a sword after them.
He changes times and seasons. He removes kings and installs kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.
Now the king became furious! Sending his troops, he destroyed those murderers and set fire to their city.
