After these things, someone told Joseph, “Behold, your father is sick.” So he took his two sons, Manasseh and Ephraim, with him.


Then Jacob said to Joseph, “El Shaddai appeared to me in Luz, in the land of Canaan, and blessed me.”


Then I told them how the good hand of my God was on me and the words that the king had said to me. Then they replied, “Let us begin building!” So they prepared themselves for this good work.


Adonai will protect him and keep him alive. He will be made blessed in the land. You will not give him over to the desire of his foes.


My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart also will be glad.


Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.
