You must gain your lives by your patient endurance.


Jesus said to him, “If I wish for him to remain until I come, what is that to yoʋ? Yoʋ follow me!”


But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patient endurance.


But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,


Let your gentleness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.


and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead—Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath.


For what is our hope or joy or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at his coming? Is it not you?


And may he strengthen your hearts to be blameless in holiness in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus Christ comes with all his saints.


May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and the steadfastness of Christ.


Your gold and silver have rusted, and their rust will be a testimony against you and will eat your flesh like fire. You have laid up treasure in the last days.


Do not complain against one another, brothers, so that you will not be judged. Behold, the Judge is standing at the door.


The end of all things has drawn near. Therefore be alert and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers.


He who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming quickly.” Amen. So shall it be. Come, Lord Jesus!
