All your sons shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the prosperity of your sons.
But they rebelled and grieved his holy Spirit; therefore he turned to be their enemy, and himself fought against them.

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
It is written in the prophets, ‘And they shall all be taught by God.’ Every one who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me.
Now this he said about the Spirit, which those who believed in him were to receive; for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
until the day when he was taken up, after he had given commandment through the Holy Spirit to the apostles whom he had chosen.
