As for the holy ones in the land, they are the noble, in whom is all my delight.


The evil are ensnared by the transgression of their lips, but the righteous escape from trouble.


Anxiety weighs down the human heart, but a good word cheers it up.


The lazy do not roast their game, but the diligent obtain precious wealth.


Do they not err that plan evil? Those who plan good find loyalty and faithfulness.


The violent entice their neighbors, and lead them in a way that is not good.


One who spares words is knowledgeable; one who is cool in spirit has understanding.


I write these things to you concerning those who would deceive you.
