The evil do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand it completely.
They do not know, nor do they comprehend; for their eyes are shut, so that they cannot see, and their minds as well, so that they cannot understand.
And he said, “Go and say to this people: ‘Keep listening, but do not comprehend; keep looking, but do not understand.’
