So Naaman came with his horses and chariots, and halted at the entrance of Elisha's house.

So Philip ran up to it and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah. He asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?”
Now the passage of the scripture that he was reading was this: “Like a sheep he was led to the slaughter, and like a lamb silent before its shearer, so he does not open his mouth.
But how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in one of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone to proclaim him?
Do not deceive yourselves. If you think that you are wise in this age, you should become fools so that you may become wise.
Anyone who claims to know something does not yet have the necessary knowledge;
and the rich in being brought low, because the rich will disappear like a flower in the field.
Therefore rid yourselves of all sordidness and rank growth of wickedness, and welcome with meekness the implanted word that has the power to save your souls.
