Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover them, and not to hide yourself from your own kin?


If the member refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if the offender refuses to listen even to the church, let such a one be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.


If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him!


If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.


but a believer goes to court against a believer —and before unbelievers at that?


Here I am, ready to come to you this third time. And I will not be a burden, because I do not want what is yours but you; for children ought not to lay up for their parents, but parents for their children.


What agreement does Christ have with Beliar? Or what does a believer share with an unbeliever?


So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us work for the good of all, and especially for those of the family of faith.

They profess to know God, but they deny him by their actions. They are detestable, disobedient, unfit for any good work.
