That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand only through faith. So do not become proud, but stand in awe.


Anyone who claims to know something does not yet have the necessary knowledge;


See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the universe, and not according to Christ.


You therefore, beloved, since you are forewarned, beware that you are not carried away with the error of the lawless and lose your own stability.
